Daniel O’Connor is the man behind the camera and the edits for Tall Tales. Daniel is excited about making films that people share and treasure. He personally shoots and edits all of the Tall Tales wedding films.

Daniel hopes to get at something deeper about the couple, to reflect their personalities and their unique chemistry as well as the energy and atmosphere of their wedding celebration.  He is motivated by the idea that the wedding films will be enjoyed for generations to come. Imagine being able to watch a video of your grandparents wedding and seeing all those characters and distant relations. These wedding videos are keepsakes and conversation pieces that will last for generations. 

With a lifelong interest in film and photography. Daniel studied film and photography to degree level in the UK and spent the last 10 years working in the fashion industry in London and Beijing. Using everything he has learnt about cinematography and filmmaking throughout his years of working in fashion and advertising, and drawing upon his love of music and editing to create mood and story.  As a videographer and filmmaker Daniel O’Connor has a unique angle on how to capture your wedding and deliver a video that will bring joy and laughter for years to come.
